
The fitness training for the U10 & U11 travel
players will begin on Tuesday August 21st.
Fitness sessions will be offered each week on
Tuesday & Thursday from 5:00pm-5:45pm and
5:45pm-6:30pm. Players may attend either the 5:00pm
session or the 5:45pm session based on convenience
to the family.
All sessions will be held at the fitness area behind
field #2 (white fence around it) at Striker Park.
